The mining of rare metals such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn) and tungsten (W) in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and its surrounding countries and regions: Angola, Burundi, Central African Republic (CAR), Republic of the Congo (ROC), Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia has caused serious human rights and environmental problems. The sale of these minerals may have provided financial support for the ongoing armed conflicts in these countries, leading to long-term instability in the region, so they are called "conflict minerals".

The principles of the conflict mineral policy of Sichuan Winar Special Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. and its branches and subsidiaries (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Company") are: understand and attach importance to human rights and environmental issues related to conflict minerals, and comply with CFSI and the United Nations and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) "OECD Due Diligence Guidelines for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas" in the implementation of the raw material procurement policy. The company and all our suppliers and/or outsourcers only purchase from smelters and refineries approved or certified by CFS, LBMA or Responsible Jewelry Council procedures, and do not purchase or support the use of any conflict minerals that directly or indirectly finance or support areas affected by armed conflict, and ensure that all suppliers adopt responsible practices when purchasing minerals and respect the human rights and environment of people in conflict-affected areas.
