Featuring a proprietary anti-oxidation blue polymer layer, it resists humidity, salt spray, and thermal cycling (tested -65°C to 250°C), ensuring 10x longer lifespan than standard Pd/Cu wires in satellite systems and avionics.
The wire’s 99.99% oxygen-free copper core ensures ultra-low resistivity (≤1.8 μΩ·cm), while the uniform 0.5μm palladium coating prevents galvanic corrosion in aluminum-bonded aerospace modules. Its ASTM B963-certified spool packaging guarantees tangle-free deployment for high-speed bonding in microconnectors, RF shielding, and space-grade MEMS sensors.
