Since its foundation in 2009 in Sichuan Suining, Sichuan WINNER Special Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. has built a diversified range of business including research and development, production, and sales of semiconductor packaging materials.

As we focused on A Ultra-fine Coated Metal Wire, WINNER is becoming a glabal leader in this industry. Currently, it has a plant construction area of 15,000 square meters, including a clean room area of 11,000 square meters, with a cleanliness level of less than 10,000 grades, and the winding clean bench reaches 1,000 grades.

WINNER has gathered top technical and management experts in the industry and has successfully developed high-purity aluminum wires, high-purity copper wires, gold-palladium-copper wires, pure gold wires, silver alloy wires, etc., suitable for discrete semiconductor devices and IC packaging;

History

Company History:

In 2009, Sichuan Winner Special Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. established;
In 2010, a group of National Leaders including provincial Party secretary Liu Qibao visited our factory, inspected the production line, and highly praised the production of our factory's bonding copper wire, palladium-plated copper wire, alloy wire, etc., and encouraged our factory tocontinue to grow stronger and bigger.
In 2012, our company built the first continuous electroplating production line, and the electroplating license was approved. In the same year, the company was authorized three invention patents in the aspects of copper plated with palladium, silver plated with gold, and silver alloy materials.
In 2015, our company's main silver alloy materials were recognized and used by customers such as Guoxing and Hongli. Later, successively entered the systems of customers such as Samsung, Osram and Seoul.
In 2017, our company's ultrafine electroplating line was born. We independently designed and developed a brand-new ultrafine
electroplating production line, and the goal of low-cost and high-quality electroplated wire materials was achieved.
In 2020, the electroplating products with our company's latest technology were recognized by top customers in the packaging industry such as ASE, Forehope electronic, JCET, and have achieved batch product supply.

Management team: Legal representative: Mr. Su Fengling has more than 20 years of management experience in the electronics industry and has an extremely keen and unique insight into product market positioning, opportunity innovation, and market trends. Under the leadership of Mr. Su Fengling, Winner has achieved a business growth of about 30% or more every year.

R & D personnel: Accounting for about 35% of the total number of employees in the company, they have strong technical strength. Through cooperation with university teams such as Sichuan University and Chongqing University of Technology, the company has successively launched the research and development of palladium-plated copper wires, gold alloy wires and other projects, solved the problem of uneven distribution of the palladium plating layer on the bonding wires, and developed a complete set of vacuum melting process technology, breaking through the international patent technical barriers. The relevant R & D personnel of the company have accumulated rich experience and professional knowledge in the research and development of metal bonding wire materials, providing strong support for the continuous innovation and upgrading of the company's products.

Production personnel: The company has a professional production team. With the progress of the second-phase project, the production equipment is continuously upgraded from semi-automatic to fully automatic. The production personnel can skillfully operate and maintain the advanced production equipment to ensure the high-quality production of products.

Process engineers: Such as Huang Fuxiang, Chen Kun and other process engineers, who can continuously optimize and improve the production process to improve production efficiency and product quality.

After-sales engineers: Responsible for the company's product after-sales in the semiconductor packaging industry and the debugging of wire bonding equipment. They can skillfully operate and debug relevant wire bonding machines and provide technical support and problem feedback for customers.
