Customizable and High-Performance Beryllium Copper Wire for Precision Electronics Manufacturing

Beryllium Copper Wire has good workability. It can be cold-worked (e.g., wire drawing, bending) with increased strength and hardness while maintaining dimensional accuracy. It can also be hot-worked (e.g., forging, rolling) to improve microstructure and enhance comprehensive performance.

Its welding performance is good. Multiple welding methods like gas-shielded welding and resistance welding can be used. Welding parameters need control to avoid defects. Special protection is needed due to beryllium to prevent harm from its volatilization.
